This is the first in a series of videos I’m planning called “Meet your Maker” where I interview a local Chef or food producer so that Torontonians can get to know the people who are making their food. To kick things off, I’ve profiled Ryan Donovan, butcher and chef. Formerly of Marben, he’s currently running West Side Beef Co, (along with Kurt Krumme, you can watch more about their story here). He’s also planning on opening his own place soon. After watching this video and hearing Ryan’s philosophies on food, I think you’ll agree it’s definitely something to look forward to.
